How you receive your report

• On screen, straight away: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your full report opens in your browser.
• By email, within a few minutes: we send a private link to your report to the email you gave at checkout.
• As a PDF: you can download the PDF from the report page anytime, in any of our 5 languages.

Delivery is free and works anywhere in India and abroad. You only need an internet connection.

Delivery time

Usually instant. The written explanations can take up to a minute to appear the first time. If your bank takes longer to confirm the payment, the report unlocks as soon as it is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

If you didn't receive it

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Vastu99.
2. Open the Find my report page and enter your payment ID. Your report opens right there.
3. Still stuck after 1 hour? Email support@vastu99.com with your payment ID and we'll send it to you, or refund you under our Refund Policy.
